The LIM Centre - Marriott Hotel is an office and hotel complex located in the very centre of Warsaw. The building is managed by LIM Joint Venture Sp. z o.o. formed in 1987 by three shareholders, namely PLL LOT, ILBAU GmbH, an Austrian construction company, and Marriott International, an American company managing the chain of 2000 hotels all over the world. In 1998 ILBAU sold its shares to SGS GmbH.
LIM Joint Venture is a member of Business Center Club and was awarded with the European Medal in renting the office and commercial space.
The LIM Centre is comprised of two underground storeys, a three-storied podium, and a forty-two-storied tower with the total area of 86,000 square meters. The office space for rent is located in the podium and in the lower part of the tower (between the 5th and the 19th floors), the shopping arcade together with LOT ticket offices is located on the street level and on level -1, and the garage is in the basement of the building. The Marriott Hotel occupies the major part of the podium, with hotel rooms being located in the upper part of the tower. The comprehensiveness of services offered by the LIM Centre and the Marriott Hotel to their customers is undoubtedly a feature that distinguishes the LIM Centre from any other office building in Warsaw.
