We provide our tenants with the following:

• Activation of an unlimited number of telephone lines (analogue, digital, ISDN) for each user.
• Free of charge communication with all our telecommunication customers at the LIM Centre, Warsaw Corporate Center, Swede Center and Warszawskie Przejścia Podziemne.
• Advantages arising from the access to telephone exchange functions, i.e.: voice mail, call transfer to another internal or external phone number, conference calls, listening in to another extension, call waiting, caller ID, etc.
• Lease of the highest quality telephone equipment by Philips (Ergoline D340 and Ergoline D325 telephone sets).
• Lease of DECT telephones working within the entire LIM Centre building.
• Calculation of charges for telephone impulses in accordance with TP S.A. rates.
• Detailed billing of telephone calls (as a printout or in an electronic form).
• Access to the extensive cable and fibre optic network to CRiT, CA Piękna, CA Komertel, CA Chałubińskiego, International Airport Okęcie.
• Provision of access to the Internet.
• Ability of leasing cable pairs inside the building or at the section from LIM to CRiT.
