An office floor in the tower has the gross area of approximately 1,000 square meters, of which 800 square meters are occupied by office rooms, with the remaining area being passageways, the lift lobby, restrooms and kitchenettes. The office space is divided into standard rooms with an area of about 30 square meters, each having a separate entrance from the corridor. The building's structure and the materials used make it possible to combine the rooms in any way whatsoever, as well as afford possibilities for a considerable freedom in arranging the interior to meet individual needs. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with individual air-conditioning controls.
The entire office floor may be occupied by one tenant, which makes it possible to separate the area in full and arrange the office in accordance with individual requirements (as an example see floor plan in fig. 1), or it may be used by several tenants (as an example see floor plan in fig. 2). |
